GYN Case 1. Endometrial curretage from a 40 year old patient.

•Diagnosis: epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT)

•ETT is a malignant neoplasm of chorionic-type intermediate trophoblast

•The rarest of gestational trophoblastic tumor

•Seen in patients of wide age range, from teenagers to patients in 60s, mean age 37 years

•Typically well-circumscribed mass, with extensive necrosis, Ki-67 index is typically >10%
