ENT Case 12. Nasopharyngeal Mass

•Diagnosis：EBV positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma

•Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is essentially squamous cell carcinoma arising from the nasopharyngeal mucosa

•Further classified into keratinizing, nonkeratinizing, and basaloid

•EBV status is important for treatment and prognosis, and test for EBV should be performed for all cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
